I don’t know why it is most common that some people consider healthy food to be only restricted to losing weight or having a certain shape… And whenever they see someone rejecting junk food or whatever type considered not to be healthy, they go for that famous line : ” Oh ! Are you on a diet? But why? you don’t even have any extra weight ! ” Well here’s the thing, and i wish it could be once and for all. Eating healthy is not only related to losing weight ! Not because you don’t need to lose weight, you don’t have to eat healthy ! It should be the complete opposite. In fact, just look at the line itself ! It’s called “eating healthy” ! It’s related to health in the first place. We all should – one way or another – be convinced that, in order to maintain a good health on the long term, we should simply eat healthy!
